UConn Summer Research in Immunology
During a summer at UConn, I conducted a hands-on immunology research project, personally performing experiments including antibody production, cell culture, and immunoassays, which deepened my understanding of immune mechanisms and strengthened my practical lab skills and problem-solving abilities.
iGEM Synthetic Biology Research
As a core member of my iGEM team, I participated in experimental design and implementation for D-allulose biotransformation using Pichia pastoris, performing strain optimization, enzyme analysis, and fermentation evaluation. This project strengthened my skills in molecular biology, metabolic engineering, and applied biotechnology.
